The study of the factors influencing consumers’ satisfaction in Shopee

چکیده
In recent years, online shopping has become a culture to fulfill consumers’ needs and wants. E-commerce can be platform that provides people chance develop new business models, although they may experience certain amount of risk associated with their purchase. Therefore, Shopee one the leading e-commerce platforms in Malaysia. The purpose this study is investigate factors influence consumers' satisfaction for purchases. There are five were assessed which included product quality, E-service security, price convenience. An electronic survey questionnaire was used collect data. A total 100 users from Malaysia responded survey. findings revealed had further accelerated due quality Meanwhile, security did not significantly Shopee. This valuable insights guidance on perception Shopee, improved customer satisfaction.
